Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to join our team at Teach360. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can make a real difference in the lives of our students.
About the RoleAs a HLTA, you will be responsible for covering lessons and running interventions for students with SEN needs. You will need to be empathetic, patient, and understanding, with excellent communication skills. If you have experience working with students who have SEMH and challenging behaviour, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and has a DBS on the update system. A strong understanding of SEN needs and SEMH would be beneficial, but training can be provided if necessary.
Requirements- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with students with SEN needs
- Ability to cover lessons and run interventions
- Excellent communication skills
£100-£130 per day (dependent on experience)
