Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a fantastic mainstream Primary School in Barking and Dagenham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and be able to provide high-quality support to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with SEN in a mainstream Primary School setting
• Develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure inclusive learning
• Provide personal care and support as required
• Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Enhanced DBS check required
