SEN Teaching Assistant

The role of a SEN Teaching Assistant in Newham is to provide tailored educational support to students with various learning needs. This involves working alongside a committed team to help create and adapt lesson plans, providing 1:1 and small group support during lessons, and supporting the emotional, social, and physical development of students.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to monitor and report student progress. You will also help ensure a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere for all students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on children's education. The salary for this role is estimated to be between £23,000-£25,000 per annum, based on a full-time contract.
