Role Overview

The successful candidate will be working in a supportive and inclusive school environment, helping children with various learning needs across the school. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

You will assist in creating and adapting lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students, provide 1:1 and small group support during lessons, and contribute to ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities

Requirements
  • A degree from a top UK university, ideally in Psychology or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable
