About the Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology or a related field, as well as previous experience working with children in a SEN setting. The role involves providing targeted support to students with SEN, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with teachers to develop effective behavior management plans.

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, adapting materials and strategies to meet their unique needs
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student well-being
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective behavior management plans
  • Support students' physical, social, and emotional well-being through positive relationships and activities

We offer a competitive salary of £450-500 per week, comprehensive training and ongoing support, access to a CPD programme, and a supportive team to mentor and guide you. Our location in Greenwich offers great transport links and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or a relevant field from a Top UK University
  • Previous experience working with children in a SEN setting
  • Strong communication skills and excellent behavior management abilities
