About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to join our dynamic planning department at Spark Foundry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative media plans that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans that align with our clients' business objectives and drive business growth.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
  • Media Integration: Ensure seamless integration across traditional and digital media channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our team's executives, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering professional growth.
  • Quality Control: Oversee and ensure the quality of all plans and proposals before client presentation.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and leverage insights to benefit client strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in strategic media planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to challenge and persuade diplomatically.
  • Strong foundation in both traditional and digital media channels.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Proactive, and capable of leading discussions with passion.
