Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our team and work on a client in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing innovative media plans that challenge clients to think differently and position their brands as category leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans that integrate traditional and digital media channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
  • Media Integration: Ensure seamless integration across media channels to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our team's executives, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering professional growth.
  • Quality Control: Oversee and ensure the quality of all plans and proposals before client presentation.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and leverage insights to benefit client strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Key Hiring Criteria:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong foundation in strategic media planning. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in strategic media planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to challenge and persuade diplomatically.
  • Strong foundation in both traditional and digital media channels.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Proactive, and capable of leading discussions with passion.
