Job Title: Freight Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Team Leader to join our team at Right Now Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the control tower team, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient and effective freight operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational regulations, including CAA and GDP.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of various transportation modes (Air, Road, Sea, Courier) for inbound, outbound, and cross-trade shipments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in logistics and transportation management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
