Business Development Lead

Copello is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive commercial growth and success across the organization.
About the Role:- Commercial Acumen: Leverage knowledge of the construction industry to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish commercial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and mutual understanding.
This position comes with a competitive salary package, estimated at around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Essential Qualifications:- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with construction industry practices, including NEC and other contract types.
- Skill Set: Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate competently, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
