The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of exhibition sales experience and a proactive, target-driven mindset. As an Exhibition and Event Business Lead, you will be responsible for growing the UK portfolio by securing bookings and upselling sponsorships, while providing excellent communication and relationship skills to retail clients.

The benefits of this role include a competitive salary of £38,000-£45,000 base + 40% commission + bonuses + share scheme, as well as benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, gym membership, and laptop.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £73,000 per annum (including commission).
