International Sales Development Manager

At Lloyd Recruitment - East Grinstead, we are seeking an experienced International Sales Development Manager to join our team in Redhill. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in the events industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of exhibition sales experience and a proven track record of success in growing event portfolios. As an International Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing bookings and upselling sponsorships, while providing top-tier service to retail clients and ensuring high client satisfaction.
This is a hybrid working role with on-site parking and opportunities for national/international travel. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000-£45,000 base + 40% commission + bonuses + share scheme, as well as benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, gym membership, and laptop.
The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £73,000 per annum (including commission).
