**Job Title:** Event Coordinator Specialist

**Location:** Redhill, UK

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing organizational objectives, producing content for press releases and marketing materials, planning and managing internal and external events, and overseeing event management.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in setting and achieving organizational objectives and targets.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, including those outside regular working hours.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide timely and accurate event outcome reports to stakeholders.
  • Write and update website content using content management systems.
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing database and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Ensure marketing materials meet quality standards and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Photograph events, write news copy, and select images for publication.
  • Obtain image release permissions in line with data protection regulations.

**Requirements:** A strong background in event coordination, excellent communication skills, experience in the secretarial & business support department, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
