Clinical Voice Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Voice Specialist to join our team at East Surrey Hospital, where you will work with adult voice patients and have a small paediatric voice caseload.
Main Responsibilities:
- Voice Disorder Assessment and Management: Assess, diagnose, and manage complex voice disorders from various causes, requiring strong clinical expertise and effective communication skills.
- Clinical Leadership: Carry a complex clinical caseload and lead the joint voice clinic with ENT, demonstrating your ability to coordinate care and collaborate with specialists.
- Training and Support: Provide clinical support and supervision to SLTs within the voice service and wider SLT team, as well as SLT students, promoting professional growth and development.

- Excellent Written Communication: Possess good written English skills, with accurate application and presentation of ideas.
- Role Suitability: Demonstrated suitability for the role through a supporting statement, showcasing your experience and qualifications.
- Necessary Qualifications: Meet the education and qualification requirements for the position, including necessary professional or clinical registration.
Salary Information: This role offers a competitive salary range of £27,688 to £31,685 per year, plus a high cost allowance, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of the position.
