We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with excellent customer service skills who is friendly, motivated, hard working, proactive and wishes to be part of a great team.

This role involves acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails. You will also provide exceptional customer services to leaseholders and residents.

Key responsibilities include managing the contractors log, maintaining the log book for staff coming in and out, raising orders, producing Notices and Letters, taking minutes at meetings and attending weekly staff meetings.

In addition, you will be responsible for registering staff sickness/absence, printing Reports, maintaining registers, and inspecting buildings. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, exhibit resourcefulness, have a can-do attitude, excel at multitasking, communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal), work well independently, and handle complaints professionally.
