Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical and operational supervision, while maintaining a caseload of their own.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex caseloads, and delivering high-quality care to children aged 0-19 in the community. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the paediatric occupational therapy team, including safety and clinical governance.
With a strong background in paediatric occupational therapy and leadership experience, you will be well-equipped to develop your skills in this role and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Job Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day operational management of the paediatric occupational therapy team
- Lead projects on service transformation, development, and audit
- Train, mentor, and supervise occupational therapy team members
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives
The salary for this role is estimated at £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
