About the Role
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus package, reflecting the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance. Key Responsibilities
• Manage key retail accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients across sales, supply chain, technical, and product development teams.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding product lines and revenue streams through effective negotiation and presentation skills.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve market share, and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in a sales or account management role.
• A business-related degree and excellent communication skills.
