Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team at Cumbria Health. As a critical member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality care to patients outside of regular working hours.

Main Responsibilities

- Work as a member of the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care
- Assess and manage patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- Initiate treatment, investigations, advice, and management of problems using professional autonomous decision-making processes

Requirements

- Significant post-registration experience in a relevant field
- Evidence of autonomous practice assessing and managing patients with undifferentiated presentations
- Leadership skills and the ability to work as a team member

Qualifications

- 1st-level professional registration
- Graduate degree with honors
- Non-medical prescribing qualification
- Evidence of advanced clinical examination and history-taking qualification
