Job Description- Support the HR department in implementing key initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity.
- Process employee data, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding new staff members.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department by providing administrative support as required.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A deep understanding of HR procedures and policies, gained through education or professional experience.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
