Job Description
  • Support the HR department in implementing key initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity.
  • Process employee data, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department by providing administrative support as required.
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A deep understanding of HR procedures and policies, gained through education or professional experience.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
