Job Overview

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and ambitious team as an HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR admin and recruitment needs for several business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of HR administration, including offers, contracts, onboarding, exit procedures, and in-life changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  • Conduct right-to-work, pre-employment, background, and security checks.
  • Place job adverts on job boards and with agency partners and undertake initial shortlisting.
  • Agree role requirements and selection processes with hiring managers, organise interviews, and notify unsuccessful applicants.
About You
  • You have previous experience in an HR administrative role, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • You are highly organised, able to prioritise your workload, and meet deadlines.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are a confident user of MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and take responsibility for ensuring information shared is accurate and clear.
