We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our pre-opening team at The Mere Golf Resort and Spa. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the resort's culture and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our pre-opening team. You will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as HR business partnering and training & development. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, preferably in hospitality, and be CIPD qualified.

Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing talent and culture functions for the resort's pre-opening
- Managing talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to senior colleagues and managers
- Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives
- Building relationships with various departments across the resort
- Managing HR policies and procedures
- Developing an effective communication strategy
- Managing annual appraisal reviews and mid-term reviews
- Supporting the development and implementation of training, HR, and engagement initiatives
- Managing payroll information and annual pay reviews
- Preparing HR activity reports
- Implementing and delivering employee engagement activities

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of being part of a pre-opening team, HR Generalist background, and solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. They will also have experience of using ATS and HRIS systems, preferably Fourth, Talos 360, and Task world.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holidays.
