The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Previous experience in office-based customer service, call centre, contact centre, or high-volume call handling is highly desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your willingness to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including £11.65 - £12.16 per hour, plus overtime paid at 1.5 times and double time. You will also enjoy flexible working hours, ranging from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, or Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with the option to work 37.50 or 40 hours per week.
