We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Clinical Administrator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust. This is a full-time, substantive position based at Walker Close in Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support staff, including training and recruitment
- Maintain and monitor waiting lists
- Perform administrative tasks, including typing of letters and telephone work
- Undertake other duties as directed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
- Previous administration experience is essential
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent, or willingness to work towards
- Able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
- A comprehensive in-house and external training program
