About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Project Manager to lead our in-house Website Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our regional websites.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate website ecommerce projects, from small updates to large-scale initiatives.
  • Develop and execute monthly plans to support promotions, new launches, sales initiatives, and events.
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of all website updates.
  • Develop and implement a website ecommerce strategy to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Sales, to gather requirements, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively.
Web Development and Optimization
  • Support ecommerce initiatives by working closely with web developers to implement new website features, tools, and design updates.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and adherence to best practices.
  • Test and implement new features, including A/B testing and user feedback loops, to continually improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline website maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for website maintenance procedures.
Team Leadership
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a small team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, marketing, and sales.
Analytics
  • Work with analytics tools to build reports and communicate with global teams to obtain data.
  • Compile and present reports on website metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in web development or product management, with a focus on UX and CRO.
  • Strong experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages (especially German, Spanish, or Russian is a plus).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) would be a plus.
  • A portfolio of successful website projects with demonstrable improvements in UX and conversion rates.
