About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Integration Specialist to join our team at Tryzens Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce and integration consulting, development, and support.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Manage client expectations and deliver solutions that meet these expectations, whilst being commercially beneficial to Tryzens.
  • Strategic Insights: Utilise internal and external data streams to develop relevant strategic insights for clients and their technical roadmap.
  • Quarterly Business Review: Manage the Quarterly Business Review process with existing clients; consistently looking for new ways to create additional value and expand our service offerings within each client.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce integrations (plug-ins, cartridges) and strong payments experience – understanding of the full spectrum of technologies required for eCommerce payments.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management or service delivery. Ability to translate between technical & commercial contacts is essential.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactive and take initiative, flexible, hands-on approach and self-motivated with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
