Your Role

As an Ecommerce Integration Specialist at Swap, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants from sign-up to go-live. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality support and guidance, helping clients successfully integrate with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Onboarding
  • Guide merchants through the onboarding process, streamlining integration and ensuring a frictionless experience.
  • Provide hands-on support for new clients, including setup assistance, troubleshooting, and product training.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to create a seamless transition for merchants from sales to onboarding and ongoing account support.
Process Improvement
  • Identify and address onboarding bottlenecks to enhance time-to-live.
  • Contribute to onboarding resources, such as guides and FAQs, to clarify the process and improve client outcomes.
Client Success Focus
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, setting a foundation for long-term success.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure clients meet their initial goals and feel supported.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce onboarding, client success, or account management.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
