Job Description

The Senior Ecommerce Operations Specialist/Manager is a critical role at HeadX, responsible for driving business growth through effective ecommerce operations. This includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, implementing efficient tools and technologies, and ensuring smooth website operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. eCommerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Website Management: Implement effective tools, software, and technologies to streamline website ecommerce operations.
  3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Anticipate and mitigate risk factors across operations, building sustainable business plans.
  4. Profitability Optimization: Elevate business profitability based on set goals and objectives.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze metrics and data, marketing reports, and profit margins.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in ecommerce operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., Shopify).
