Ecommerce Trading and Content Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Ecommerce Trading and Content Specialist to join our team at Crew Clothing Head Office. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our online product information, as well as creating and implementing engaging content to drive sales and conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Content Manager in updating the Crew Clothing website on a regular basis to ensure all content is inspirational, relevant, engaging and supports the delivery of key KPIs.
  • Work closely with the trade team to maximise online growth by ensuring timely launches of products with quality images and copy, category optimisation and merchandising of the site to optimise sales and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on imagery and copy requirements to drive sales, AOV and conversion.
  • Manage the upload of seasonal meta data to maximise on SEO potential.
  • Monitor, browse and test website frequently to ensure all links, functionality, content and pages are working seamlessly and work with the ecommerce optimisation/team to resolve any irregularities or issues.
  • Set up and track all offer codes used in conjunction with emails and online offers and track usage results.
  • Work closely with merchandising and VM weekly asking for information on new launches, identify product opportunities and ensure the website has sufficient stock to deliver the KPIs.
