About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Trading and Content Assistant to join our team at Moonpig Group. As a key member of our Trading team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our customer Trade plan, driving growth, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Plan Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities, ensuring seamless execution and analysis.
  • Promotion Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and analysis of promotions across the business, identifying new testing opportunities to drive sales and growth.
  • Product Launch Support: Work closely with Buying, Ranging, and Product teams to successfully launch new products, brands, and features onsite, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage internal data and Google Analytics to provide insights into sales, KPIs, and category performance, supporting ad-hoc requests and business reviews.
  • Business Review Contributions: Summarize trading performance for weekly and monthly business reviews, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

About You
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative mindset to contribute new campaign and promotion ideas, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Strong Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, with experience in using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of online trading and content management systems.
