At Fluid Commerce Limited, we're on a mission to drive high-growth for online retailers. As our new Ecommerce Development Manager, you'll be working closely with clients to create forward-thinking development roadmaps and identify ecommerce growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients and negotiate business renewals and contract requirements.
  • Gather detailed requirements for project/task and translate these into a functional specification, leveraging experience with Magento or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Work with the support team to balance developer workloads, monitor and report on commercial viability of clients, and ensure delivery of monthly retainer reports.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Fluid Commerce services, such as performance marketing and Google Suite (Analytics, GTM etc.).

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of digital account management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical people. You'll also have experience with Jira or similar project management software, UK driver's license, and reside in the north-west of England or within commutable distance.
