About the Role

Salt Search is partnering with a leading personal fashion brand to find an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive the performance of their Womenswear category online.

The ideal candidate will have a fashion ecommerce trading background with experience in managing a team to come in and hit the ground running immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Oversee site optimisation through effective merchandising and product discoverability.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to optimise site performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and buying.
  • Help plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 people.

  • Strong ecommerce experience at management level.
  • Management experience.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Budget and target experience.
