Ecommerce Trading Manager

As an Assistant Online Trading Manager at Salt, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our personal care brand's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) transformation journey. With a focus on the UK, France, and Germany markets, and plans for further expansion, this role will challenge your strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy, working closely with the DTC Manager to drive trading performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and threats to the business.
• Oversee site optimization through effective merchandising, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and wider ecommerce teams.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in ecommerce, preferably with a focus on Shopify and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo and ability to create effective email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
