ECommerce Trading Manager Role Details

The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion eCommerce trading background with experience managing a team. As the ECommerce Trading Manager at Salt, you will oversee the development of the eCommerce strategy, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

You will conduct competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats to the business, and oversee site optimisation through effective Merchandising and product discoverability. Your responsibilities will also include conducting daily, weekly and monthly reporting, A/B testing to optimize site performance, and collaborating with wider teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee eCommerce strategy development, ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Conduct competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats to the business
  • Oversee site optimisation through effective Merchandising and product discoverability
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance
  • Collaborate with wider teams, supply chain, marketing, Merch and Buying etc.
  • Help to plan and execute promotional campaigns
  • Lead and manage the team of 2/3 people
