About the Role

As our Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving eCommerce growth across Europe, optimizing pureplay accounts like Amazon to accelerate Zuru's Toys & FMCG success. You will work closely with our Ecommerce Leadership and Country Managers to identify opportunities to establish and grow Zuru brands on leading pureplay retailers across EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Central Account ownership for Amazon EU4 and develop plans for new emerging market expansion (Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland).
  • Work with our in-house performance advertising team to develop strategic direction for advertising solutions (Sponsored products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Identify market & customer range gaps, customer challenges and propose innovative solutions to drive product development.
  • Engage content teams to improve detail page assets (Titles, Copy, Images, Video, A+ content).
  • Collaborate with global commercial brand managers to keep updated on product development, share wins, challenges and learnings.
  • Deep dive with sales analyst teams to drive replenishment and forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales account management experience.
  • 2+ years vendor central experience preferred or EU pureplay ecommerce retailers like Otto, Allegro.
  • Direct imports / FOB experience preferred.
  • Experienced with end-to-end product lifecycle on Amazon or other pureplay platforms.
  • Ability to own projects end to end, bias for action and overcomes challenges to drive results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on time.
  • Proactive sales and negotiation skills to drive win-win outcomes.
  • Excel, PPT, Analytics, Amazon Advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English).
  • Additional European language skill desirable – German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish.
