Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Flexicruit. This exciting role will involve managing the entire live music event process, from talent scouting to concert execution.

The successful candidate will have a passion for discovering new talent and a knack for building strong relationships with artists, venues, and clients. With a focus on quality over quantity, we aim to provide a platform for talented musicians to shine while creating real value for our partners.

Flexicruit is a leading music promotions company that's dedicated to connecting talented musicians with the right stages. Our team is passionate about live music and is committed to providing a unique and engaging experience for our clients and partners.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scouting new talent and growing our roster with 20 new acts monthly.
  • Organising concerts and events, handling everything from initial planning to execution.
  • Collaborating with clients and venues to produce recordings, promotional content, and events.
  • Managing data efficiently to support our operations.
  • Keeping our website and social media channels fresh with updates and content.
  • Providing outstanding support to artists, venues, and event teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least five years of experience in sales or events management (for the £40,000+ salary).
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide and attend gigs on weekends.
  • A results-driven approach to meeting business and financial targets.
  • Confidence in managing events and resolving challenges under pressure.

Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 OTE
