About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by our store, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across various store areas, including service, picking, and replenishment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • A strong sense of initiative, enabling you to take ownership of tasks and make decisions that benefit the customer and the store.
