Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at CRU International. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our employees across various departments and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR support and guidance to managers and employees on complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HR data reporting and analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and develop HR system tools to support HR processes, manager self-service, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing updates and training as necessary.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP and Global Head of HR on wider projects and reports for the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist, with a strong track record of supporting a generalist workload.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements, with experience in dealing with HR practices outside of the UK.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
