About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team as a Senior Facilities Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day onsite facilities services for our offices across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for each office, team, and internal queries, reporting any major issues or concerns to the Senior Facilities Manager.
  • Ensure all offices provide a great working environment for our staff and a presentable environment for our clients.
  • Manage team attendance and absence, covering for other offices as needed.
  • Support the Senior Facilities Manager and FM Operations Manager in ensuring statutory compliance paperwork is up to date.
  • Coordinate maintenance works with contractors, logging any issues found on each site.
Requirements
  • BIFM 3 or above, or equivalent, with a willingness to undertake further development as part of a plan.
  • Experience in facilities management, particularly within professional services.
  • Efficient document management and administration skills, with strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to identify and proactively manage end-user concerns or queries.
  • Flexibility in approach and ability to travel between offices to maintain a single team ethos.
