This is an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team as a Senior Facilities Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day facilities services to our offices across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for each office, handling internal queries and reporting any major issues to the Senior Facilities Manager.
- Ensure all offices provide a great working environment for our staff and a presentable environment for our clients.
- Manage team attendance and absence, and provide cover for other offices as needed.
- Support the Senior Facilities Manager and FM Operations Manager in ensuring statutory compliance paperwork is up to date.
- Coordinate maintenance works with contractors and log any issues found on each site.
- BIFM 3 or above, or equivalent, would be advantageous – willingness to undertake as part of a development plan.
- Experience in facilities management, particularly within professional services.
- Efficient document management and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to identify and proactively manage end-user concerns or queries.
- Flexibility in approach and willingness to travel between offices.
