Senior Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Empro Consultants. As a key member of our Facilities Management department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support on projects, risk management, contract management, and budget management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage team attendance and provide coverage to support senior managers in ensuring compliance and paperwork.
- Coordinate maintenance with contractors, provide administrative support, stakeholder engagement, and monitor & report performance data.
- Be proactive in addressing on-site concerns, ensure smooth operation of office services, support team members, and enhance the Facilities Management team's profile through effective communication and customer service.
Requirements:
- BIFM 3 or above or equivalent would be advantageous or willing to undertake as part of a development plan.
- Facilities management experience, within professional services.
- Efficient and diligent document management.
- Team leader experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent administration skills with strong skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify and proactively manage end user concerns or queries.
- Ability to be flexible on approach towards others, identifying what stakeholders require from you.
- Willingness to travel between all UK offices to ensure the single team ethos is maintained across the team.
- Team player.
