The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and optimizing processes to meet production goals.

Support the Store Manager in driving sales and maximizing opportunities in the store while working together to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within a team, you will be accountable for supporting all members, training colleagues, and keeping within company guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide excellent service in store, ensuring that it is delivered from every member of staff.
  • Understand store targets and strive to exceed them on each week and month.
  • Communicate targets and key information to the team, making sure that the management message is received by all staff through daily briefs and updates.
  • Manage the team to keep a high performance through individual and store sales in the Store Manager's absence.
  • Support and challenge the team to keep building customer relations and deliver perfect service.
  • Lead by example, ensuring the team are brand ambassadors.
  • Assist with store reports and provide analysis of sales and customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial reports, targets, and product.
  • Identify key lines and use VM guides to ensure maximized sales opportunities.
  • Keep the store at its most commercial, appropriate to the guidelines.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, at all times endeavouring to retain loyalty.
  • Have exceptional standards of customer service.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador in both behaviours and grooming.
