About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Vocational Skills Coach, delivering Health and Social Care up to Level 5 in the South West area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of our learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Training Programme Development: Create and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our learners.
  • Learner Engagement: Foster strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues, promoting a culture of inclusivity and support.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess learner progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, to inform targeted interventions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • Vocational experience in the relevant area (Essential)
  • Proven track record of meeting targets (Essential)
  • Sector qualification in the relevant area (Essential)
  • Maths & English at Level 2 or above (Essential)
