Compassionate Care Provider

Halcyon Health & Social Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional care in a home care setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care needs, managing medical conditions, and promoting independence.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Health Care Assistant (required)
- Minimum 1 year's experience working with individuals with brain injuries or spinal injuries (required)
- Minimum 1 year's experience with Peg feeding (required)
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (required)
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
Benefits:
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£12.50, we offer 40-45 hours of work per week and on-site parking. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
