Enviva Complex Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Compassionate Healthcare Worker to join our team in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires previous experience in a similar position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Estimated salary: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To deliver high-quality care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • To assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • To administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  • To provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • To maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
  • To collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
