Multidisciplinary Child and Adult Mental Health Specialist

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Multidisciplinary Child and Adult Mental Health Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for children and adults with complex mental health needs.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- To deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions to promote recovery, well-being, and resilience in service users.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes, adhering to NHS data protection guidelines.
- Extensive experience in child and adult mental health services, with a strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong relationships and communication with colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills, with the capacity to engage individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing mental health practice in the UK.
- A competitive salary range of £93,666 - £126,281 per annum, commensurate with experience.
