Job Overview

This position involves leading a team at our new 4-bedded Children's home in Winsford, providing nurturing care to autistic children.


Main Job Tasks
  1. You will be responsible for registering with Ofsted and overseeing the safe and effective operation of the service.
  2. Your key responsibility will be delivering high-quality care to children and young people residing in the home, including strategic planning and day-to-day management.
  3. Maintaining and expanding established principles and practice standards within iMap, while contributing to continuous improvement in childcare services.

Essential Requirements
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and a Level 3 Working with Children and Young People qualification are essential.
  • 4 years' experience supporting young people with autism/learning disabilities and 4 years in a leadership or managerial role under Ofsted are required.

Benefits and Salary
