Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Residential Services Lead to join our team at WGC Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel teams and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A background in housekeeping or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
