About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our new 4-bedded Children's home in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee a team providing exceptional care to autistic children.


Job Responsibilities
  • As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and safe operation of the service, adhering to Ofsted regulations.
  • You will be accountable for delivering high-quality care to children and young people residing in the home, overseeing strategic planning, and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Your role will involve maintaining and expanding established principles and practice standards within iMap, contributing to the continuous improvement of childcare services.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Necessary qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and a Level 3 Working with Children and Young People qualification.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience supporting young people with autism/learning disabilities is required, as well as 4 years in a leadership or managerial role under Ofsted.
