Care Worker

Grand Care Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering quality care to residents in line with agreed care plans.
The role involves providing hands-on care to residents, supporting them to maintain their independence and achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for modelling best practice when delivering care and contributing to effective teamwork.
The successful candidate will have a Care Certificate or equivalent and evidence of good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people. They will also demonstrate a sound understanding of the 6 principles of care and how they underpin the delivery of care in a residential setting.
In return, Grand Care Centre offers a competitive rate of pay, £11.50 - £11.60 per hour, dependent on experience. You will also receive paid training, DBS checks, and a uniform. We are committed to ongoing career development and offer opportunities to progress through our career paths into more senior roles.
