**Job Description for Theatre Educator**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Theatre Educator to join our dynamic Drama department at Wayman Learning Trust in Oxford.

This full-time position involves teaching Drama GCSE to Key Stage 3 and 4 students. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching Drama and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:)

  • To teach Drama GCSE to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • To contribute to the development of the Drama department and participate in whole-school initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Drama or a related field.
  • PGCE or QTS in Drama.
  • Proven experience in teaching Drama GCSE.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract, ranging from MPS1 to UPS3 (£29,473 - £49,249). Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
