The Cherwell Hospital in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to lead their perioperative team.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the operating theatre and ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely and efficiently.
- As a key member of the theatre department, you will contribute to the development of theatre policies and procedures, and support the training and education of junior staff members.

Requirements:- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated computer skills
